Nestled in the lush, fertile countryside of Whangārei, Northland, our dahlia and daylily gardens thrive on organic principles. Our 8-acre property is home to a variety of trees, including avocados, bananas and citrus but the real stars of the show are our stunning dahlias and daylilies. When they burst into full bloom during summer, the garden transforms into a breathtaking display of color.
We cultivate over 500 different varieties of daylilies and over 100 varieties of dahlias (still expanding) in an incredible range of hues.
Daylilies are a favorite for landscaping projects because these versatile, low-maintenance perennials can bloom for months with minimal care, making them a perfect choice for gardeners who want a stunning display without the extra work.
Dahlias are everyone’s favourite flower due to their display of colour and vibrancy.The PYO (pick your own) concept and scheduled events have been most popular with all ages spreading joy and is a delight to share.
